硕士。1995-2004年在中国饲料工业协会从事标准化、质量管理工作，现任国家饲料工程技术研究中心研发中心副主任，中国畜牧兽医学会动物营养学会动物营养应用技术委员会（全国大型饲料企业技术总监联谊会）秘书长，全国饲料工业标准化技术委员会委员。先后主持、参加国家标准《饲料标签》标准，为建立健全饲料工业标准化体系工作做了大量的基础性工作，其中强制性国家《饲料标签》标准于2004年获得优秀国家标准。参与了《饲料和饲料添加剂管理条例》等11个配套管理办法的修订工作。  

Master，In 1995-2004, he worked on the job of standardization and quality management in China feed industry association, the current  deputy director of national feed engineering technology research center, the China animal husbandry and veterinary association animal nutrition society animal nutrition technology committee secretary general, China feed industry standardization technical committee members. He successively presided over to participate in the National Standard of Feed Label , to establish and improve the feed industry standardization system work done a lot of basic work, and the the National Standard of Feed Label had been awarded as outstanding national standards in 2004 . He Participated in the revision of 11 supporting management measures including the "regulations on the administration of feed and feed additives".
